Project #148 | Transitional Stair Remodel

These homeowners wanted to transform their 20-year-old red oak staircase into something timeless and modern. Working with our team and one of our install partners, they chose white oak newels and handrails paired with clean square iron balusters for a fresh transitional look.

The result brings them joy every day. Warm white oak elements anchor the design, custom-matched to the home's new flooring for a cohesive flow. Satin black iron balusters create striking contrast against the natural wood, while sleek base shoes maintain clean lines from bottom to top.

Every element was carefully selected to exceed expectations: a perfect balance of warmth and modern refinement that will stand the test of time.
