Project #159 | Modern Foyer Stair with Stand-off Glass Railing

This floating stair system anchors this grand entrance with a mono beam stringer and walnut-stained treads. It echoes the glass elevator across the room. Glass railing panels are mounted with standoff pins rather than a base shoe or channel, giving the glass a floating effect. A matching black handrail continues the full run, from the first tread up to the balcony above, tying the two levels together. Against the black steel structure and the room's neutral palette, the walnut stain reads warm without competing with the space around it.
